Join The Choir

Before applying to join the Southport Bach Choir it is often helpful to come and sing at one or more rehearsals.  You will need to be able to read music, but you do not need to be an expert sight-reader. There is usually a short audition once you have decided to join.

We rehearse on Thursday evenings from September to June, with breaks for Christmas and Easter holidays, 8.00 to 10.00 pm, at Holy Trinity Parish Centre, Hoghton Street, Southport PR9 0PR.

Apart from the 3 or 4 concerts that we sing each season, usually at Holy Trinity Church, Southport, we also sing carols in Southport town centre or elsewhere, and we hold social and fund-raising events throughout the year.
